Mental Health Month

October is Mental Health Month.

As a College community, we recognise the significance of good mental health and the importance of seeking support when required. At аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø, we spend time with our students discussing these issues and recommending avenues for support. This can be an uncomfortable space for adults too as we recognise that raising happy, confident, resilient and mentally healthy young people can be challenging.
